Flexible pickup

Pick your date at checkout

Enter your preferred pickup date when you order. Your date can always change, just update us when we check in the week before.

About a week before your pickup date we'll reach out to confirm timing, adjust dates if needed, and add any extras to your order.

Pick up: 8am-4pm

Your stems will be hydrated and waiting in our cooler. Pick up any time between 8am and 4pm on your pickup day. No specific window required.

First time DIYing?
Keep your arrangements simple: think bud vases and relaxed bouquets. Read our blog guide to feel fully prepared before pickup day.
We guarantee 60–80 stems depending on stem size. Large dahlias and peonies take up more space than sweet peas or Geum. Many of our buckets go out with as many as 100+ stems. Every bucket is hand-selected to match your custom request.
We honor color palette requests but don't guarantee exact flowers. Our selection is driven by what's in season on the farm that week. Feel free to add flower requests in the notes at checkout though and we'll do our best! Check our seasonal availability guide to see what's likely blooming for your event.
No. We ask for an estimated pickup date at checkout, but that day can change. We check in a week before pickup: that's a great time to adjust your pickup date, give us notes on pickup person, estimated time of day, or add anything to your order. While we love a narrower time window, your flowers will be in our cooler ready for pickup anytime between 8am and 4pm.
Deep breath! Keep your arrangements simple. We love a bud vase! For bouquets, keep your hands loose or arrange first in a vase. Remember to budget time for cleanup and breakdown. See our blog for more details to help you feel more fully prepared.

If you need flowers for a ceremony and our standard pricing isn't workable for you, get in touch. We offer sliding scale pricing for bulk buckets on a limited basis each season.

No lengthy application. Just send us a note with your date, what you need, and what you can contribute — and we'll figure out what's possible.
